At Herbscure, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your product, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Please read the following guidelines carefully before initiating a return or exchange.
Returns
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The product must be unused and in its original packaging
- You must have proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation
- You must initiate the return process within 30 days of receipt
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at support@herbscure.com. We will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to return the product. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to us.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned product, we will inspect it to ensure that it meets our return guidelines. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please note that we are unable to refund shipping costs.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange a product for a different item, please contact our customer support team at support@herbscure.com. We will provide you with an exchange authorization number and instructions on how to return the product. Once we receive your returned product, we will initiate the exchange process and ship the new item to you.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact our customer support team at support@herbscure.com within 7 days of receipt. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the product for a replacement or refund.
